Dear Robert,

I was very sad to read you news. My thoughts & prayers are with you, Josh, Zoë & Pat.

Hazel was a lovely person & a very dear friend. I am sorry I was unable to see her for so long but understand completely that she did not wish to see people.

It is really sad to know that you have all lost Hazel when she was so young but I am glad to hear that the end was so peaceful.

I really appreciate your efforts in writing to me at this difficult time. I will pass on the information to Hazel’s friends at work.

Please pass on my deepest sympathies to Josh, Zoë & Pat.
