The cover page of the manuscript should contain the following:
(a) the title of the manuscript; (b) name(s), address(es), and
institutional affiliation(s) of the author(s); (c) abstract of
not more than 100 words; (d) key words of the article; and (e)
acknowledgments of not more than 80 words, including information
on grants and statements about the genesis of the paper.

Manuscripts should be in English,
double-spaced, with wide margins. All pages should be numbered
consecutively. Figures and tables should be inserted in the preferred
location. References should be on a separate page.

Major and secondary headings should be numbered, left-justified,
in lower case and in bold.
|

References should appear throughout the document using the author-date
or 'Harvard' style. Textual references should appear as 'Larsen (1971)
was the first to propound the theory' or 'The theory was first propounded
in 1970 (Larsen 1971, p. 102)'. The complete references should be typed
on a separate page and be placed at the end of the manuscript. Please
cite as follows:
Monographs
Jones, J. 1975, Economics for the Econometrician, Smith Publishing,

Periodicals
Jones, J. & Smith, M.E. 1976, 'On the definition of management',

Footnotes should be kept short and to a minimum, and be numbered
consecutively throughout the text with superscript Arabic numerals.

Illustrations, graphs, and diagrams should be kept to a minimum,
referred to as figures, and numbered consecutively throughout the
text. All text, including legends and numbers on
axes, in the figure(s) should be in point size 10 in Times Roman. The figure(s) should
be placed in the preferred place in the document.

Tables should be kept to a minimum. They should be numbered
consecutively and inserted into the document in the preferred
location. Small tables without numbers can be placed in position in
the text.

Equations should be referenced by consecutive numbering throughout the
text, on the right-hand side of the page, using (1), (2), etc. Avoid
confusing and expensive notation. Choose symbols carefully. Avoid
using: 1 (one), l (lower-case L); z Z; s S; p P; etc. Fractions
within-text should be typed as a/b.

Manuscripts must be your original work, and not have been submitted for
publication elsewhere.

The Journal does not accept responsibility for loss or damage.
Manuscripts which require extensive editorial work to comply with the
above requirements will be returned to the author for modification.

A copy of the issue in which the article is published, as well as a PDF of the final published article, will be supplied to authors free of charge.
