Spinach Frittata
8 eggs
Splash of milk
Salt & pepper
Mix together
Steam 3 silverbeet leaves
Chop
Mix in egg mixture
Add in some grated pecorino cheese
Put lump of butter in frying pan (melt round sides or edges of pan)
Pour in mixture
Simmer for about 5 minutes
Put under grill for about 5 minutes till all mixture cooked
Throw in some grated pecorino cheese over top
