Nota bene: Owing to an unfortunate decision, the pages numbers in Volumes 141, 142, and 143 are duplicated. The page numbers in the second issue of each of these years, issue (3-4), begin again from 1.
An additional infelicity is that the cover sheet of each article does not include the issue number, adding to the possible confusion. I have used the pagination here of "141: (3-4) 22-30" to mean volume 141, issue 3-4, pages 22 to 30.
